Preparations are under way for the 7th Annual Delapna:we Project! This year’s featured story is “Rabbit Prays for Snow.” Live stage performances are scheduled for 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14 and 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 16.
